  4. Processing Time:
    • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of receiving the request, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval.

    • Refunds will be considered if the donation was made due to incorrect billing, payment processing errors, or unintended donation.
    • Donations made through third-party platforms may be subject to the platform’s refund policies.
  6. Donations to Special Causes:
    • Donations made specifically for emergencies or time-sensitive causes will not be eligible for refund once they are transferred to the relevant parties.
